Rose and Lavender for Skin That Met the Wrong Plant
Rose & Lavender Essential Oils | 7 ml & 17 ml Cobalt Bottles
Lavender and rose are the two oils Connie herself reached for after a bad brush with poison ivy, and they are the whole of this blend: two gentle, old-fashioned florals for skin that has met poison ivy, oak, or sumac. Smooth it on as an oil, or stir a few drops into a cool bentonite clay paste the way Connie does in her Poison Ivy Masque.
- Two oils only: lavender and rose
- Use as an oil, stirred into a cream, or in a clay masque
- A calm, floral aroma that makes the ritual a quiet moment
- Two sizes: 7 ml for the medicine cabinet, 17 ml for a household that spends time outdoors
Usage: Wash the skin with soap and cool water first. Smooth a few drops directly over unbroken skin, or dilute in a carrier oil for a larger area or sensitive skin, or stir into bentonite clay, let dry, and rinse with cool water. For external use only; keep away from the eyes and off open blisters. If a rash spreads, blisters widely, or affects the face, see a doctor.
