Orders usually go out within one business day of being placed, weekends and holidays excepted. How long it takes to reach you after that is up to the carrier.
We ship within the United States only.
Orders of $75 or more, before tax, ship free. Under that, shipping is a flat rate based on your order total:

Returns
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the mistake was ours, we pay the return shipping as well.
Refunds take a couple of weeks from the day your package starts back to us, and up to four.
To start a return, contact us with your order number and the item you would like to send back. We will write back with instructions.
